General Questions
-
You should invite and encourage aspiring artists—singers, dancers, and actors—who are at Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels to participate in our Industry AXS (ACCESS) events and experiences. We look for performers who not only excel in their craft but who can also represent your organization, Industry AXS, and our Venue Partners in a positive light.
Ideal participants are between the ages of 7 and 20 years old and are dedicated to excellence, consistently give 100%, and perform with a smile, a positive attitude, and plenty of personality!
Performance quality is crucial since our events take place at prestigious venues such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, Broadway in New York City, on Television in Houston, in recording studios in Nashville, and on TV and film sets in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
-
Performers will receive access to performance choreography, music, scripts, routines, and other performance materials depending on the experience approximately 8 weeks before being "on location" for your performance.
PLEASE NOTE:Performers must be paid in full before receiving performance materials.
-
Everyone learns at a different pace and speed, however, we have seen continued success when performers have allotted 4-6 hours per week to learn, practice, memorize, and become familiar with the performance materials before arriving "on location".
-
"On Location" is the term Industry AXS uses to describe the time performers, chaperones and observers are physically in our host city and actively engaging in our performance training, rehearsals, and activities.
-
Due to the nature of our events, we cannot guarantee extended free time in theme parks and/or cities on event days.
While we do our best to schedule in some free time, we have an intensive schedule to follow and must adhere to the timeframes provided by our venue partners.
If this is a concern, we strongly suggest extending your stay by adding an extra day to fully enjoy the parks and the exciting cities that play host to our events.
-
Our venue and travel partners may need to adjust our itinerary due to guest artist and celebrity appearances, technical issues, or other logistical challenges beyond our control.
As these changes are sometimes necessary, the Industry AXS team works closely with our vendors to maintain clear communication and ensure that any updates are promptly shared with our performers, chaperones, and observers.
Please Note: that you will receive your final itinerary approximately 10 days before arriving on location.
We strongly encourage you to onboard into the Industry AXS Event App to stay informed of any updates, as it is essential for disseminating information should there be any changes to the schedule.
